It’s not just microneedling, it's personalised skincare
Wow Fusion may look like microneedling from the outside, but it’s more of a skin delivery system that’s designed to infuse a bespoke cocktail of actives just beneath the skin’s surface. Dr. Farah describes it as “a hybrid between microneedling and mesotherapy,” and that’s the magic: the gold microscopic needles (that are thinner than hair) not only trigger collagen but act like tiny funnels to feed the skin exactly what it needs. In my case? A high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HA Factor1) to hydrate, R-Vit Complex (packed with over 40 vitamins, minerals and amino acids), and Azzalure – a wrinkle-softening botulinum toxin used meso-therapeutically, aka mesotox.
Mesotox = the secret to glass skin
While most facials focus on surface-level glow, the real power move here is mesotox – a micro-dose of toxin that isn’t strong enough to paralyse muscles but does shrink the appearance of pores and reduce redness without freezing your expression. “This is the route to true glass skin,” says Dr. Farah. For anyone plagued by oiliness, or hormonal redness, it’s quietly life-changing. For everyone else, it gives your skin that glass-like smoothness with 10x its natural glow.
The glow is real. And it’s buildable.
I went in looking for luminosity and skin that looked quietly perfected – and I got it. There was redness for about a couple of hours post-treatment (nothing too wild, just enough to make you hope you don’t bump into anyone you know), and you won’t want to put makeup on for 24 hours but the next day my skin already looked more even and fresher. Four days later, it was peak glow: skin looked refined, makeup sat better, and the texture around my cheeks and chin had visibly smoothed. The results from just one session lasted about 2 months – but if you’re targeting something specific like pigmentation, Dr. Farah recommends a course of three for longer-term change.
It’s a pre-event power move
With next to no downtime, Wow Fusion is a stealth treatment that delivers in time for weddings, work events or anywhere skin has to perform. “I’d recommend doing it two weeks before a big event for optimal results,” says Dr. Farah – a smart window that gives the formula time to work while leaving you radiant.
It’s better than microneedling. And Profhilo.
I’ve done both, and while microneedling made my skin feel a little rough and Profhilo left me underwhelmed, Wow Fusion delivered smoother skin with no weird side-effects. This felt like a great bridge between a facial and aesthetic treatment – with results that genuinely get better in the days that follow. If I could make it a regular habit, I would.
