July’s Hottest New Products
Welcome to our new monthly column where we will be showcasing the five most exciting products to hit the shelves. Whether you want to freshen up your own routine, find the perfect present or ensure you don't miss out on the next big thing, we've got you covered.
Bulgari Allegra Collection Spettacolore and Baciami Eau de Parfum

Having launched their Allegra collection last year, Bulgari have now introduced two new iterations: Baciami and Spettacolore. Both are designed to take you on an Italian olfactive journey – something we’re always on board with – and can be paired with the brand’s Magnifying Myrrh Essence, which is designed to highlight different notes of each of the Allegra fragrances to create a more personalised scent.

We’ve been road-testing Baciami, which is based around the illusive fresh scent of tropical Gardenia, with undertones of amber and rich vanilla. The result is an initially sweet fragrance that quickly dries down to something deeply warming, sophisticated and compelling: it’s the perfect scent for a sultry summer’s evening when you want to smell like the one who got away.

Beauty Pie Awesome Bronze Powder Bronzer

Beauty Pie have billed their latest launch as “pure bronzing perfection” and we have to confess that we’re inclined to agree. The powder bronzer comes in four gloriously golden shades, ranging from Sunny Side (a great shade for the fair-skinned who usually eschew bronzer) to Sunburst, a deep dark brown. Purchase it with one of Beauty Pie’s Keep This™ Compacts, a satisfyingly weighty refillable holder (that also fits a host of their other powder products too) and you’ll only need to pay £13 for a replacement pan.

Olaplex No. 4C Bond Maintenance Clarifying Shampoo

If your hair has been looking a bit D-U-L-L then this product is just the ticket. It’s a weekly deep cleansing shampoo that’s formulated to remove a broad range of impurities, including hard water mineral build-up, chlorine, pollution and your hair’s own natural oils. But this being Olaplex, the result isn’t “stripped” hair, it’s signature bond-building technology ensures strands feel replenished, colour and shine are renewed and the swish that you thought you’d lost is back with a bang.

Chanel Les Beiges Water Fresh Blush

This blusher uses the same technology as Chanel’s ground-breaking Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint: it’s a water-based gel formula with micro-droplets of colour that “burst” upon impact with the skin to leave an ultra-hydrating, sheer, weightless finish.  In real-life terms, this means it gives you the sort of glossy hue that would usually require you to be in the peak of health. It’s buildable too, so as long as you start small, it’s pretty hard to get wrong, allowing you to customise the finish. You can dab it on with fingers or use a brush for more precision.

Rose Inc Satin Lip Colour Rich Refillable Lipstick

From Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s line comes this deeply hydrating lipstick with skincare-esque moisturising benefits available in ten shades. Its creamy formula gives a satisfying wash of colour that lasts (which we sometimes find isn’t the case with a product that also hydrates).  The result is a lipstick that manages to plump lips with a juicy glow, help hide any vertical lip lines and stay put throughout dinner.  We’ve always coveted Rosie’s ability to rock the perfect nude lip, so shade wise we love her go-to colour, Demure.
