Fresh Parsley Tea (curly-leaved)

The Benefits

Fresh Parsley is known to regulate the menstrual cycle and move Qi (energy) when we feel stuck, so it is great for PMS symptoms. It also works to brighten the skin due to its detoxing and anti-inflammatory properties, which in return boosts energy and clarity.

How To Use

Simply infuse a handful of fresh parsley in 3 cups of boiling water, add a slice of lemon, and leave it to brew for 5 minutes. Remove parsley and lemon and add 1 tbs of a natural sweetener of your choice. Enjoy 1-3 cups a day!
