While the Palazzo Fiuggi and Ranch teams have pooled their expertise to create the week-long stays, the premise is the same: luxurious, results-oriented fitness and wellness retreats, with a heavy focus on time spent in nature. Expect lengthy but exhilarating daily guided hikes, access to their 4,300 square-foot fitness centre and its range of classes, panoramic swimming pools and water treatments using the infamous ancient healing waters of Fiuggi, daily massages, diagnostic testing, blood panel tests, medical consultations, healthy plant-based meals with an Italian flair designed by 3 Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck in accordance with The Ranch’s Executive Chef Meredith Haaz, and evening nutrition talks.

Elevating the transformative but, let’s face it, usually very mundane process of getting a lash tint into a relaxing, luxurious experience is no easy feat. But when the queen of brows teams up with the maestros of eye care, you know it’s going to be an exciting combination.

There are two treatments to choose from, Lash Luxe and Lash Luxe Premium. Both include a tint, a choice of 111SKIN’s targeted eye masks, which are applied to depuff and revitalise the eye area, plus a dreamy shoulder and arm massage (if time and money are on your side we advise going the whole hog and opting for the Premium treatment which also includes 111SKIN masks over the eyes, and double the massage time).

World-renowned facialist and Dior’s newly appointed Global Skincare Expert, Teresa Tarmey is infamous for giving clients the skin of their dreams. So it’s only a natural evolution that she recently announced that they will also be offering body treatments from their ultra chic Notting Hill clinic. Using Venus Bliss technology, which promises non-invasive fat reduction and body contouring, the treatments work on the stomach and flanks to noticeably nip in waists and tighten lax skin.

AIRE Ancient Baths is a pretty unique spot and they’ve just added two new treatments to their experience menu.

The first is the Ultimate Blossom Experience, inspired by flowers. Having enjoyed the thermal baths, you head to one of their warm, marble beds. The treatment starts with a floral exfoliation using Himalayan salt and kukui flowers to nourish and purify the skin. A fragrant Jasmine and Lotus mist is then applied which transforms the scrub into a rich floral oil, perfect for moisturising and massaging the skin. To finish, a body mask of white clay and flowers envelops the skin for a hydrating and purifying effect. And whilst the mask gets to work, you get a dreamy cranial massage to truly relax body and mind.
