The serum version of this best-selling foundation, like its full-coverage sister, also gets our vote for budget foundation best buy. It’s a thinner consistency but glides on super smoothly and despite having less pigment, it still manages to cover and conceal without feeling heavy. We particularly love this serum version for the summer months but have also been known to mix the two – using small dabs of the full coverage over areas we’d like a bit more strength – and using the serum on everywhere else that needs slightly less of a helping hand. And let’s face it, even if you buy both it still comes in at less than the price of one foundation from most other brands. The consistency is watery rather than overtly oily and the finish is matte and it comes in the same shade range as the full coverage version.
Shake before use. Dispense a small amount into the palm or the back of your hand. Smooth on and blend throughout the face, ideally outward from the midpoint of the face.
