You may have noticed that in a salon they sweep a soaked cotton pad of liquid over your nails to prep the nail bed. We’ve been using CND’s ScrubFresh, which decontaminates nails by removing any excess oil to ensure the polish properly adheres and therefore lasts as long as possible. (Plus, we also sweep it over once we’ve finished painting our nails to remove the slight tackiness that gel topcoats leave behind). To save money, you can buy it as a duo alongside CND’s Offly Fast remover, which lives up to it's namesake as the fastest gel remover we've tried.
Apply to a cotton pad and sweep over nails to prep them before applying a base coat.
Once the gel manicure is complete, sweep over to remove any residual tackiness.
Scrub Fresh: Acetone, Isopropyl Alcohol, Butyl Acetate, CI 42090 (Blue 1).
Offly Fast: Acetone, Tocopheryl Acetate, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Parfum (Fragrance), Benzyl Salicylate, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool.
