The original hair supplement is still one of the best. Hair needs the right levels of nutrients to grow (organs and other essential bodily processes take priority if your diet is lacking in any of them) and this supplement provides them all. You do need to commit to it though - results are seen after 3-6 months of taking it twice a day. But alongside using products that nurture rather than damage your day, this can really help. We used it postpartum alongside a bi-weekly mask and definitely saw a difference in hair growth and density.
Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months or until the desired results have been achieved (1 in the morning and 1 evening, taken with water after food). Thereafter, take 1-2 tablets daily as required.
