Dot this illuminating concealer along areas where you’d like to add some “light” – under the eyes, across the brow bones, down the centre of the nose. But while it’s brightening, unlike just an illuminating wand, it does also conceal – which we are thankful for on mornings when the dark rings under our eyes look particularly pronounced.
Sweep the wand onto the inner part of the under eye where discolouration is usually found. Use your fingertips or a brush to blend.
