Destino Says...
We first came across Limoz Logli on instagram thanks to their mesmerising video transformations and impeccable colour work. The dreamily decorated salon is located off the King’s Road so it follows that it’s become a firm favourite with the Chelsea (and Made In Chelsea) set – customers tend to be local and loyal.
Owner Limoz is hands on and the man to see if you want his low-maintenance, incredibly natural Signature Colour – “most clients only need to get their hair done with me 2-3 times a year”. If your hair has been lightened elsewhere, it pays to leave it as long as possible so that he’s got as much root to play with – and it’ll also save you money – as he favours doing colour-correction otherwise – where he dyes your hair back to it’s natural colour, dries it and then adds in whisps of balayage. He’s also a dab hand at extensions and once he’s colour matched you (he doesn’t dye extensions), orders them in from Extensionology who are based in the LA.
Also worth seeing are Queen of Balayage Tatjana (although she splits her time between London and Panama) and Boglarka – both of whom are free painting experts who specialise in gorgeous, buttery blondes and sun-kissed brunettes. Like Limoz, their results are still incredibly natural and low maintenance – this isn’t the salon for anything other than luxe-looking hair.
On the styling front, clients love their signature blow-dry, which is a loose wave with volume at the crown that sits perfectly in-between done and undone.
Every appointment starts with a brilliant and thorough consultation. Our only minor gripe? For colour, the “starts from” costs on their menu have the tendency to spiral, so take our advice and get an updated final price at this point post consultation but pre-treatment, so that you know what you’re in for.
