If you’re working out a lot, we’d suggest you switch to a SPF formula that can withstand heat, sweat and water to guarantee maximum protection at all times. Dermalogica’s sunscreen is designed with exercise in mind and offers 80 minutes of water resistance, so you can get your laps in while remaining confident that your skin is being protected. The formula also offers oleosome microspheres to prevent moisture loss which can be exacerbated by sun exposure and exercise - so skin will feel supple, not parched, post-workout.
Use daily on face and body for year-round protection against sun damage. Apply liberally and evenly to skin, preferably 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. Pay special attention to commonly-exposed areas, such as the hands. For continuous protection, apply regularly and reapply as needed after swimming and exercise.
