With a spoolie on one end and a diagonal creamy brow pencil on the other, this is one of our go-to brow tools of choice: find the right colour and you can use it to add depth and a sharper shape to brows in-between brow appointments.
Apply the pencil to areas of patchiness or where you want to build volume. Brush brows up with the spoolie.
